Information We Collect
- Contact form: When you use the contact form on our site, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message. This data is sent to Web3Forms and forwarded to us via email.
- Newsletter signup: When you subscribe on the purchase page, we collect your email address. This is processed by Buttondown (our email service) and tagged for early-access updates.
- Purchase: When you buy from our purchase page, you are sent to Fourthwall to complete checkout. Fourthwall handles your name, email, shipping/billing details, and payment information.
- Automatic information: Standard server logs and basic analytics (if enabled in the future) may record pages visited and device information. We do not use invasive tracking at this time.
How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your inquiries and messages.
- Send early-access updates, product announcements, and important notices (only if you subscribed).
- Process and fulfill pre-orders or purchases through Fourthwall.
- Improve our site, products, and the Knightsgate exergame experience.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share limited data only with the service providers necessary to operate the site:
- Web3Forms (contact form processing)
- Buttondown (newsletter delivery)
- Fourthwall (checkout, payments, and order fulfillment)
These providers have their own privacy policies. Fourthwall in particular processes payment and order data directly.
Data Retention & Your Rights
We keep contact and newsletter data only as long as needed to respond to you or provide the service you requested. You can request deletion or access to your data at any time by emailing info@knightsgate.fit.
For orders placed through Fourthwall, please refer to their privacy policy and support channels for data related to payments and fulfillment.
